Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Manage general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Provide support during audits by external auditors

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Quicken
• Familiarity with payroll processing and related tax requirements
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Corporate accounting
• QuickBooks or Quicken proficiency
• Payroll processing knowledge
