- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Assist with kitchen and dining room cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Empty and clean trash receptacles
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies and equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
