Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Outreach Coordinator to join our team.


Rcsponsibilitics:

  • Responsible for working with youth and program staff to integrate various youth programs into a seamless system of youth services at the Beacon.
  • Responsible for allocating inkind resources as program supports for Beacon Program including deployment of SYEP and WLG workers.
  • Responsible for data collection and demographic analysis of Beacon target population.
  • Responsible for assisting in development of Beacon School public relations and marketing materials.
Works directly with Agency Administrator, and the Beacon Director.

  • Works to engage parent volunteer involvement in Beacon School activities.
  • Functions as liaison to agency and Beacon School administration.

Qualifications:
Minimum under Graduate degree with 5 year experience.

Experience in organizing performing arts presentations.

Excellent verbal and written cotnmunications sk'ills.

Excellent interpersonal and organizing skills.

Ability to relate well to youth and adults, Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
