- Manage order creation, enter orders in our system, order processing, issue handling, damage allowance, replacement processing, and order tracking.
- Must be comfortable working closely with dealers throughout the project and promptly address concerns.
- Other administrative duties
Requirement:
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge in the Allmoxy system is a Plus
- Must have leadership and problemsolving skills
- Active Listening skills
- Customer service Skills
- Analytical skills and flexibility in dealing with a changing environment is required.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
