Job Description
Primary Purpose:
The main goal of this role is to oversee the delivery of behavioral health services at Kalihi-Palama Health Center (KPHC), managing day-to-day operations and implementing quality improvement activities to support accreditation and compliance.
Essential Duties:
Regular on-site attendance is required
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work
- Minimum three years' experience in social work program administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Hawaii State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
