- Lead projects from design to implementation, focusing on both medium and low voltage distribution systems and electrical control systems.
- Apply your electrical engineering acumen to solve complex problems, ensuring all projects adhere to the highest industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets, meticulously estimating labor, materials, and equipment needs.
- Engage in hands-on project management, ensuring all tasks meet our stringent criteria for safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Provide essential on-site support, tackling equipment and facility-related challenges head-on.
- Enhance our technical capabilities by supervising and training personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in VFD, HMI, and PLC control systems.
- Demonstrated project management prowess.
- Proficiency in AutoCad and a solid understanding of NFPA Electrical Standards.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001/AS 9100, alongside a keen interest in Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
