Responsibilities As an architect / civil engineer for building projects, you will coordinate and manage cross-departmental renovation and new construction projects.

You are responsible for conducting approval and procurement procedures for planning and construction services. Your main tasks also include coordinating specialist planners and construction companies. You maintain close coordination with internal and external business partners. Your job profile also includes representing our projects and interests both within the company and with stakeholders. You take on the overall coordination of projects and project controlling in your own responsibility. Requirements You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification. You already have professional experience in industrial construction, ideally in the energy supply sector. You have practical experience in the application of project management methods and in leading project teams.

You are familiar with VOB and HOAI and are confident in working with IT systems such as AutoCAD, SAP, or iTWO.

You are flexible, committed, and able to clearly represent your position. You have a Class B driver's license. You keep your goals clearly in mind and are characterized by your communication and negotiation skills. A high level of customer orientation is self-evident for you.
