JOB SUMMARY
:
The Site Manager, Fluid Bed Cyclones, is responsible for growing and expanding our engineering services business, expanding our share of the petrochemical and chemical markets as well as supporting client engagement for cyclone systems in refining.
These engineering services include Total Installed Cost Estimates, Multi Shop Fab Coordination, Constructability Assessments, Turnaround Scope Development, and Equipment Health Monitoring.
This role will be responsible for recruiting and managing the resources necessary to execute the work.As the Houston site manager they may also be asked to provide local managerial support of employees located in the office but reporting to functional managers located elsewhere.
The person will be asked to collaborate with relevant team members as well as corporate functions like marketing.In addition to responding to bid requests from clients, this person is expected to proactively engage operators, technology licensors and EPC firms to refine our business plan for service expansion, develop new opportunities and gather competitive and market data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, develop, organize, and implement strategies for generating new business opportunities and/or sustainable profitable revenues for the company.
Collaborate as needed with other functional areas of our business or external partners to develop and present proposals that meet customer specifications and create value differentiation from competitors.
Assist in Project Execution as required with engineering reviews and analysisImplement Annual Operating Plans, and monitor performance on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the Business Strategy to maximize the operating efficiency of the business and achieve / exceed the expected revenue, cash, operating income, working capital and other financial objectives.
Drive the growth and business development strategy/execution to identify emerging business opportunities, aggressively penetrating undeveloped markets and gaining market share in existing markets.
Monitor and evaluate the external competitive business environments across the pole to identify industry and market trends, developing a vision and marketing roadmap for each regional market, to achieve strategic sales growth and profitability targets.
Drive the business M&A acquisition and joint venture strategy, identifying potential targets, in order that informed investment and expansion decisions can be taken by the organization.
Ensure the identification, development, leadership and implementation of business transformation initiatives that are required to support revenue growth, profitability and customer excellence targets that will are essential for the achievement of the company's strategic direction and vision.
Ensure the organization attracts, retains and develops a high level of talent with the right skills, experience, knowledge and performance levels, in the right places, in order that the organization is capable of achieving its strategic sales, growth, profit and customer satisfaction objectives.
Serve as a primary spokesperson for the business and represent the company in industry meetings and conferences.Manage forecasting, planning, and achievement of budget targets. Review performance data and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives.
Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved.
Evaluate Team Member performance and manage Leadership, relationships, performance and results.
Other job duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience winning and delivering engineering and equipment solutions into process plants such as refining and petrochemical operations.
Demonstrated track record of transforming and/or scaling businesses.Strong project/program management background with experience in managing multiple, complex projects with changing priorities.
Experience in attracting and building stellar teams contributing to the bench strength in the organization.
Combination of technical and commercial experience. ·Proven track record of success in a global industrial organization.
Demonstrated success in developing, implementing and executing strategic business plans.
