AFCAP V MSAB ISS:
Alternate Site Manager (Contingency Hire)

The
Alternate Site Manager is designated by KBR to serve in an extended absence of the Site Manager.

The ASM has full authority to act on all matters relating to daily contract operation in the absence of the SM including scheduling of personnel, subcontractors, work supervision, and quality control.


The ASM shall work closely with the government and local representatives including managing, scheduling, and facilitating required meetings or conferences and remain available to meet on the installation with Government personnel to discuss focus areas.


The ASM shall be a
US National with a secret clearance, have sufficient education and experience in installation support service operations, and display the skills to manage and perform site management requirements.
