    Jouw rol
    Als Brand & Communication Manager bij Heras B.V. krijg je de unieke kans om de merkvisie van ons bedrijf verder te ontwikkelen en te professionaliseren. Je bent de architect van de communicatiestrategie en werkt nauw samen met het Executive Commitee (EXCO) om de koers voor de Heras Groep uit te dragen. Jij zorgt dat deze aansluiten op de organisatiedoelstellingen, waarbij je strategieën ontwikkelt, implementeert en draagt. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse marketeers die in EU-landen en UK zijn gevestigd en ondersteunt de lancering en het beheer van nieuwe producten en diensten. Dit doe je samen met een enthousiast gedreven team, bestaande uit een Marketing Specialist en een Digital Marketing Coördinator die ieder met hun eigen specialisme hier verder invulling aan geven.
    Wat ga je doen als Brand & Communication Manager bij Heras

    Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, formuleren en adviseren van nieuwe marketingstrategieën.
    Bewaken van de visuele vertegenwoordiging van het Heras-merk en bijdragen aan de verbetering van het bouwen van de onmiskenbare merkidentiteit en marktpositie;
    Het verder integreren van en ondersteunen van ESG en Safety in de merkstrategie, in samenwerking met zusterbedrijf Heras Mobile Fencing & Security;
    Begeleiden en adviseren van cross-functionele teams in de diverse landen. Zo ook afstemmen en vertalen van strategische besluiten naar operationele activiteiten;
    PR en onderhoud met interne en externe partijen zoals reclamebureaus en drukkerijen;
    Je bent ambassadeur voor het werken bij Heras en bent betrokken bij projecten m.b.t; arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en ons werkgeversmerk;
    De impact monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van de digitale data aan het EXCO;
    Aansturen, stimuleren en begeleiden van het Brand & Communications team.
