As a
Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee Mid-Tier Supervisors (Assistant Clinical Supervisors) and RBTs/BTs and supervise in-home and telehealth cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct assessments (DAYC2, ABLLS, ABAS3, VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA)
• Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals.
• Prepares and reviews progress notes as needed to ensure compliance with company expectations
• Conduct parent/family training
• Assist with training of staff
• Provide field supervision for Mid-Tier Supervisors and RBTs
• Attend team meetings and presents data on members
• Consult with parents/guardians and work in coordination with the client's school, doctors, and other therapy providers.
• Participate in educational opportunities: continuing education events, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks, and/or participating in professional organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: Master's Degree and Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification

• Completes and maintain BACBapproved supervision course and keeps registration to the BACB current
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Pass state and federal background checks
• Be willing to be flexible with scheduling depending on the member needs
• Desire to collaborate with team members
