This position involves engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, providing service information, and closing sales deals. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:


  • Provide accurate information about services and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing options.

Sales:


  • Actively promote and sell services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.

Problem Resolution:


  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Product Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge within the team.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system (PestPac)
  • Sending out service authorizations in a timely manner for customer signature.

Communication:


  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer trends, preferences, and issues.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.

Scheduling:


  • Schedule services with the customer and tech/inspector in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
