- Supporting grant and contract administration
- Assisting with preparation of grant applications
- Monitoring grant and contract budgets and expenses
- Managing compliance with government requirements for federal grant recipients including external audits
- Managing contracts and communications with government agencies, subcontractors, collaborators, etc.
- Managing human subjects policies, training and compliance
- Facility management
- IT support liaison
- Managing shipping/receiving
- Monitoring laboratory supplies inventory
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years of R&D business management experience in the health & life sciences space
- Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, and communication skills
- Flexibility in taking on new tasks
