Responsibilities
Gather and examine payroll documents to ensure validity.
Assist with payroll processing.
Audit benefit balances.
Facilitate new hire paperwork and set-up.
Resolve payroll-related employee questions and issues.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties involving payroll, benefits, work comp and other duties as assigned.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executives.
Accounting Assistant to the Accounting Department as needed.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent 1-2 years payroll, benefits or accounting experience.
Paylocity experience preferred.
Familiarity with employee benefits plans a plus.
Proficient in Excel.
Ability to multi-task.
Adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines.
Strong sense of integrity.
Deadline driven.
Strong attention to detail.
