Description

We are seeking talented and innovative individuals to join our team at Riverside Colony, working with our esteemed automotive clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Robert Bosch.

Your responsibilities will include organizing and reviewing printing for user manuals, verifying workshop information, special tools, and workshop equipment, and proposing improvements.

You will also be responsible for organizing requirements for independent service providers and resellers, as well as making requirements for a platform for resellers.

This role will involve interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and exploring technical vehicle and system needs to ensure efficient repairs for smart vehicles.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or University degree in Automotive Engineering, a deep understanding of electrical vehicles, and at least 5 years of experience in technical support, service engineering, and diagnostics within an aftersales environment.

You should also have knowledge of big data, process automation, advanced MS-Office skills, and experience with collaboration tools. Ideally, you will have 2+ years of experience in an international and diverse cross-cultural environment within the automotive sector.

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of customer dedication and aftersales business principles, as well as excellent English skills and fluency in a second European language.
