Our Entry Level Manager Trainees take a hands-on approach towards facilitating this interaction between both our clients and their customers.

Our Entry Level Manager Trainees help expedite the process of our business strategy implementation and play a pivotal role in the success of our clients and the expansion of our team.

They are heavily invested in working with our sales team to ensure a return on investment, take a front-facing role in building and maintaining relationships, and are a key player in our growth and success in the future.

• Retain, grow, and diversify a strong sales pipeline, and maintain customer loyalty
• Complete and surpass any sales goals while working with the sales team, and crosssell other products/services when applicable
• Gain a deep understanding of our client's goals and strategize to implement actionable steps to reach sales and revenue targets
• Maintain compliant sales records on all customer accounts to ensure the completion of timely reports as required by management
• Work with other Entry Level Manager Trainees and oversee entrylevel sales representatives to ensure ultimate success with each campaign's objectives
• Develop a regional territory profile with local competition, customer preferences, and market trends to enhance the sales positioning of the client's brand

• A Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration is preferred but not required with relevant and equivalent work experience
• Negotiation skills to ensure smooth delivery throughout the sales process
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• A team player with the want to collaborate with other Account Management Trainees and entrylevel sales team members
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication skills while working with clients and other Entry Level or Senior Business Development team members
