Responsibilities:

*Pitch and sell memberships to new and existing clients *Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of clients and be able to address their needs *Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network *Identify prospective clients, lead generation and sales conversions (20% minimum) *Contact new and existing customers to discuss float needs *Emphasize the features of floating to highlight how it can solve customer problems *Answer questions about floating *Negotiate prices and terms and prepare Membership sales agreements *Work closely with Manager to ensure sales goals are met *Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships *Answer phones, schedule appointments, check clients in/out sell memberships *Clean and restock float rooms between floats, laundry, deep clean of spa *Additional duties as requested


Qualifications:

*Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of floating to potential clients *Must have confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in selling memberships and cold-calling customers *Physical endurance, as Float Consultant you may need to be on your feet for long hours, to include cleaning and attention to detail *Be knowledgeable about floating *Be friendly, positive and outgoing *Must have good people skills *Excellent verbal skills *Able to problem solve as issues arise

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00/hour.
