We are growing our busy private (non-corporate) Dental Specialty Practice located on the East Side of Providence We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our talented team of doctors and long-term staff in our state-of-art practice.

Our practice has a family-feel with high emphasis on mutual respect and professionalism. A can-do, positive and professional attitude are required for consideration.


Requirements:

• Must have prior dental experience
• 5star customer service
• Capable of handling multiple phone lines
• Ability to help answer patient questions
• Working independently
• Ability to thrive in fast pace environment
• Dependable

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients at checkin/checkout
• Phone calls: multiple lines, making appointments, confirming appointments
• Overall scheduling management for three Doctors
• Explanation of insurance, payments and receipts
• Processing payments
• Strong organization skills and communications with referral offices and patients
• General administrative responsibilities

Please note that compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

$ $28.00 per hour
