- Assist the People and Culture Business Partner in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate and communicate HR policies and procedures to staff.
- Manage HR-related documentation, including job postings, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with staff, colleagues, and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Extended periods of working at a desk and using a computer.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds when necessary.
- Ability to move around the office and other facilities as needed.
