We are looking for you as: Sales Representative Pharma OTC (m/f/d) / Pharmacy Field Sales OTC (m/f/d) In the regions of Berlin / Düsseldorf / Stuttgart / Munich, we are looking for regional Sales Representatives Pharma OTC (m/f/d) in full-time positions.

In this newly created role, you will establish and expand a trusting relationship with pharmacies and acquire new customers for the sale of OTC products in the Prevention & Care segment of Ivoclar.

Ivoclar is the market leader in dental products and with this step, they aim to provide end customers with additional access to oral care products through pharmacies.

Your responsibilities:

Selling the product portfolio / offers
Acquiring shelf and special placement areas
Engaging pharmacy employees onsite
Expanding relationships and increasing recommendation rates
Setting up special placements and marketing materials
Training pharmacy employees on products and sales
Ensuring sellout at the pharmacy level
Negotiating trade terms / incentives / target agreements / bonuses
Reporting, POS monitoring, and feedback channel
Independently and efficiently managing operational tasks

Our requirements:

Several years of professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy sector
Proven success in selling end customer products
Strong communication and rhetorical skills
Knowledge of the market and competitors
Enjoyment of working with people, teamoriented and motivating
Independent and structured way of working
Willingness to travel regionally
