Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall commercial, operational, and strategic management of the company
Leading a team consisting of founders and independently acting employees
Responsible for implementing and coordinating dynamic growth
Responsible for the strategic direction and profitability of the company, as well as its innovative design and development
Building and continuously optimizing internal processes and structures
Establishing and developing new sales channels
Coordinating the timely and costeffective development of new products
Operational company planning and implementation of annual goals set with investors

Your Profile:

Enthusiasm for innovative consumer products in the field of emicromobility; experience in this field is advantageous
At least 5 years of management experience as a member of the management board, department head, or product manager, ideally in a mediumsized company
Relevant experience in developing business processes and strategies
Generalist and strategic experience in previous management positions
A good sense for trends and market developments
Solid experience in online marketing and social media communication
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, handson mentality, ability to shape
Solid experience in financial and budget management
Communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English
High onsite presence at the company in the Bodenseekreis area
