    The Front Desk Supervisor will supervise the daily operation of the Front Desk and its personnel while providing excellent guest service.

    Ensures guest satisfaction must be friendly, courteous, and helpful to all individuals, both guest and non-guest. They must look after the well-being of every guest and take personal responsibility in solving the guests problems

    to ensure a memorable experience. Must be able to check-in and check out guests in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.

    Previous experience required. This is a full-time position. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is a must.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Assists in training and supervision of all Front Desk Agents

    Oversees and assists in guest registration

    Resolves guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest

    Ensures adherence to procedures for hotel accounting, credit control, handling of financial transactions, guest security, and emergency procedures as established

    Fulfills Manager on Duty shifts

    • To be friendly, courteous, and helpful to all individuals, both guest and non-guest (on the phone and in-person)
    • To be able to check-in and check-out guests in a timely, accurate and courteous manner
    • To assist with guests requests, whenever possible
    • To command a working knowledge of all special rates/packages
    requirements, restrictions, special arrangements, services/amenities included

    • To acquire in-depth knowledge of Resort services/facilities and major attractions in the vicinity and Orlando area
    • Knowledge of all hotel credit policies and procedures
    • To assume any additional responsibilities as assigned by management

    Job Qualifications:

    • Must be a team player
    • Must possess exceptional guest service skills
    • Able to work weekends and holidays
    • Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
    • Strong communication skills are required
    • T he ideal candidate is friendly, courteous, and always smiling (with guests and fellow associates)

    Hourly Rate:
    $17.50
