To strengthen our therapy team, we are currently looking for a:

Service Technician (m/f/d)

You:

perform maintenance, repair, technical testing, and preparation as well as storage of medical devices according to manufacturer specifications or MPG and ensure that our customers can always use their devices safely and efficiently

provide telephone support for technical questions to quickly and competently assist our customers with their concerns

prepare cost estimates and disposals in cooperation with our internal sales department

create service reports according to health insurance or customer requirements and enable smooth billing of services

document consultations, service, and repairs

carry out substitute trips within Bavaria/Thuringia and
