Change Manager

Location:

Long Term Contract

Required Skills:


  • Conducting stakeholder analysis to identify key stakeholders impacted by the ERP transformation.
  • Developing a comprehensive Change Management strategy aligned with the overall project goals.
  • Defining communication plans for different stakeholder groups.
  • Developing and delivering targeted communication campaigns to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to use the new solution effectively.
  • Identifying potential sources of resistance to change and developing strategies to address resistance and promote user adoption of the new ERP system.
  • Identifyng, recruiting and training Change Champions within the organization to act as advocates for the new solution and support their colleagues during the transition.
  • Developing a plan to measure the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives.
  • Providing regular reports on the progress of Change Management activities and user adoption rates.

Pay:
$60.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
