We are excited to partner with a top SaaS solutions company in the renewable energy sector, based in Woodlawn.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our technical team in developing and delivering our industry-leading SaaS product. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the technical roadmap and product features.
Oversee the design, architecture, development, and deployment of scalable and secure SaaS solutions using React for the front end and .NET for the back end.
Drive best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, delivering high-quality software releases on time and within budget.
Champion a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and learning within the engineering team.

Requirements:
