Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team in supporting growth in the aggregate industry space.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting equipment, and assessing customer challenges to create solutions based on L&H Industrial offerings, engineering as well as your own experience.

Also assisting PLMs to ensure training and growth within the L&H aggregate production environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to customers regarding aggregate processing equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and related machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, software glitches, and operational issues remotely or onsite as necessary.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications, updates, and improvements.
  • Assist customers with installation, setup, and calibration of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and recommend preventive measures to enhance equipment longevity and reliability.
  • Document support interactions, resolutions, and product feedback for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed technical guidance and support.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to address customer inquiries, provide technical insights, and contribute to sales efforts.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers for complex technical issues requiring specialized expertise.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. (preferred)
  • Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the aggregate industry or heavy machinery sector.
  • Strong knowledge of aggregate processing equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, understanding schematics, and using diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving and a commitment to delivering highquality support.
  • Familiarity with software systems used in the aggregate industry, such as AGGFLOW, SCADA, PLCs, and data analytics platforms is helpful.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support and training sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
