Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, from initial client consultation through resolution or trial.
  • Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations. Prepare and present compelling arguments.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other attorneys, legal professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive and effective representation.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the firm by participating in business development activities and building strong relationships within the legal community.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • No experience is necessary WE WILL TRAIN
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
