Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team.

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales and customer service skills to thrive in the real estate industry.

Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm w/30 minute lunch as well as Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm.

Pay:
Hiring Rate is $17.00/hour plus eligible for commissions of $50/move in.


Duties:

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units
• Conduct background checks, credit checks, and verify references of potential tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed
• Coordinate movein and moveout processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
• Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities using property management software (e.g., OneSite)
• Collaborate with property management team to develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Stay uptodate on market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing or sales is preferred
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Familiarity with facilities management concepts is beneficial
• Detailoriented with strong administrative skill

Pay:
$ $17.01 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
