SUMMARY:
Join Pohlig Homes as an Assistant Superintendent and become an integral part of our on-site construction team.
Working closely with our Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of our projects, maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere on-site.

- Support the Superintendent in organizing and managing the worksite, coordinating material deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
- Assist in adhering to and managing project schedules, facilitating seamless progress for both inhouse staff and trade partners.
- Ensure the job is ready for each trade prior to their arrival for an optimal working environment that enables that trade to complete their work.
- Review trade checklist with each trade at the start of their work and conduct ongoing inspections to ensure checklists are completed and executed to our standards.
- Collaborate closely with team members and trade partners, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere onsite.
- Embrace the challenges and rewards of handson construction work, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized worksite, overseeing material management and deliveries.
- Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; and a minimum of 5 years of constructionrelated education or experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a handson, physically demanding role in various weather conditions.
- Extensive experience with hand and power tools, including proficiency in their proper use and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
