What to expect:

In this key role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards in project management. You will be based at our production and logistics site in Sonneborn and report directly to the Facility Manager (m/f/d). As a member of a global team (Real Estate & Facility Services), you will be responsible for overseeing and executing construction, development, energy, and renovation projects at the Sonneborn location. Your tasks will also include:

Coordinating project needs with user requirements from conception to completion, while adhering to given budgets and deadlines
Collaborating with professionals, authorities, and construction companies to develop project strategies
Ensuring compliance with regulations and environmental standards (e.g. ecological construction, energy optimization)
Making informed decisions in the best long-term interest of VELUX
