Tasks:

Help guide students through their assignments using the Kumon method and instructional strategies:

Grade math and reading assignments:

Provide feedback to instructor on student performance:

Data Entry:

Record grades:

Assist students with check-in/check-out:

Handle incoming parent inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls), including but not limited to: sharing about the Kumon Method, signing parents up for an orientation, making reminder phone calls
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Proficiency in math and writing
:

Must be punctual, responsible and mature, and have a positive and respectful attitude toward students, parents and other center staff

Ability to multi-task and follow directions

Enjoy working with kids and comfortable working with children ages 3 and up

Prior Kumon knowledge is a plus but is not required. Training will be provided
:

Can work Mondays and Thursdays from 3 pm to 7:30 pm

Background checks will be performed on applicants 18 & over.
This is a long-term position.
