    Description

    Our client, a leading supplier in the production industry, is seeking a Network Technician - Printing & Scanning for their team. This role is critical to the organization's success and will be onsite 5x a week. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in troubleshooting various printing and scanning devices and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

    Network Technician - Printing & Scanning Responsibilities:

    • Connect, configure and troubleshoot printing and scanning devices, including Ricoh, Brother, Lexmark, Mac and Apple products
    • Utilize expertise in Google Cloud Printing, HP and Apple setup
    • Provide hands-on support for network services, emphasizing print and scan functionalities
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of devices and cloud services
    • Offer assistance in the setup and maintenance of Apple products within the network environment
    Network Technician - Printing & Scanning Requirements:
    • Proven experience in connecting, configuring and troubleshooting various printing and scanning devices
    • Familiarity with Google Cloud Printing, HP setup and Apple products
    • Previous HelpDesk experience is a valuable asset
    • Demonstrated proficiency in handling a range of printing and scanning technologies, including Ricoh, Brother, Lexmark, Mac and Apple devices
    • Competence in Google Cloud Printing, HP setup and Apple product integration
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
    • Excellent communication skills
