Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and launch userfacing experiences.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Design and implement new userfacing features in OmniSync products.
- Work closely with UX and PM to define, prototype, and test experiences with real users to discover what experiences users value the most and how to improve the experiences to provide more value to users.
- Plan and prioritize feature development with Engineers, Program & Product Managers, and User Experience.
- Lead development best practices and establish a healthy code base.
- Performs other duties, research and special projects, as assigned.
General:
- Must be able to work inperson on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and other days as needed.
- English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to sing, dance, or just have fun is highly preferred
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in software development with one or more of the following programming languages; Python, JavaScript
- Experience in working with backend technologies and/or backend end frameworks: NodeJS, SQL
- Experience in working with front end technologies and/or frontend frameworks: React, GraphQL, NextJS
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with userinterface design.
- Background in computer science, with a focus on data structures, algorithms, and API design.
- Demonstrated ability to share knowledge via formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents, providing technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects.
- Experience working with and managing external partners/customers.
- Experience with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.

Salary:
$70, $110,000.00 per year, depending on experience
- CSS: 3 years (preferred)
- React: 3 years (preferred)
