Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop marketing collateral, including digital content, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track progress and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and leverage new marketing tools and platforms to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Organize and lead company brand activations, pop ups, conferences, trade shows, and other major events.
  • Liaison between other Studex Global offices on global marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate across multifunctional teams including sales, production, finance, operations and management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Selfstarter with ability to follow through and execute on projects from early conception to final deliverables including analysis of results and final reporting.
  • International business experience is a plus.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Competency in modern communications, marketing and project management software.
  • Mass Retail, Drug & CPG experience preferred (Walmart, CVS, Target, Walgreens, ULTA, Sephora, Amazon).
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time including International Travel.
