Job Description for the Client Services coordinator:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Coordinator to join our team.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and our company.

You will be responsible for answering phones, conducting basic client intake, and managing client inquiries efficiently and effectively.


Job Summary for the Client Services Coordinator:

Key Responsibilities for the Client Services Coordinator:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Conducting basic client intake, gathering necessary information to initiate client interactions.
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring data accuracy in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other team members to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and meetings for clients and team members.
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirement for the Client Services Coordinator:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or clientfacing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
