  • Control, coordinate and monitor the construction execution in the field of electrical energy, information and building technology.
  • Enforcement of execution quality, safety standards and control of deadlines.
  • Participation in project and construction meetings with project participants, clients and the internal planning team.
  • Keeping a construction diary and documenting the progress of the construction with state-of-the-art telecommunications equipment.
  • Collaboration in commercial project processing as well as in the tendering and awarding of trades.

Skills we rely on

  • Successfully completed training as an electrician for energy and building technology, electrician, electrical installer, technical system planner, ideally with further training as a master or technician or engineer in the field of electrical engineering (m/f/d).
  • Very good technical knowledge and professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, ideally in construction management / construction supervision or specialist planning in the mentioned area or in building services engineering for larger construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations (including VDE, VOB).
  • High social competence, assertiveness and communication skills.
  • Committed, customer-oriented, independent and reliable way of working.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel.
