Founded by a Catholic theologian in 1984, this organization now serves 37,000 women annually from 36 centers in 12 states.

Our mission is to help pregnant women choose life for their babies, have healthier pregnancies, become better parents, and take first steps to self-sufficiency.

To help advance our mission, we are seeking an Outreach Director for our center in Fort Pierce, FL.

As Outreach Director for Women's Care Center, you will cultivate, solicit, and steward new relationships while managing relationships with existing donors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Nurture current donors and help them to fall even more in love with the work of Women's Care Center. Women's Care Center has a large group of donors from Indian River and St. Lucie Counties who already give. You will be their point of contact and will build genuine friendships.
• Build, Inspire, and Lead a committee of 'connectors.' In this role, you will identify, nurture, and lead a group of individuals who are able to support this organization themselves, but also who are willing to invite others to be a part of it too. One person can open the door to so many others. This will grow the Luxury Bingo event to be a significant financial contributor to the center.
• Execute and build the Luxury Bingo Event. Working with our National Director of Events, you will plan all the details for the Luxury Bingo event. You will also invite people to come and sponsor the event.

Other Responsibilities:

• Back office: Execute appeal letters, mailings, thank you notes, tax receipts and event details.
• Marketing: Interview clients for stories to share in donor materials.
• Grow Donor Base: Research and call all local churches, prolife groups, Knights of Columbus groups etc., and seek out opportunities to share the mission of Women's Care Center.

Minimum Requirements:


Education:
Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred


Experience:
Experience in sales, and/or marketing preferred, but we are looking for someone passionate and personable. Training is provided.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to be personable, thoughtful, and respectful
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problemsolve.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive and work effectively, independently and as part of a team
