We are looking for a friendly and professional Office Ambassador to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients, agents and visitors.

As an Office Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients, agents and visitors.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a positive first impression and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone who interacts with our office.

You will serve in a key support role comprising of a number of administrative tasks designed to assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of the office.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, managing correspondence and project management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with preparing and setting up for meetings and events.
  • Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Social Media and marketing management

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a high paced work environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva
  • Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • An active Arizona real estate license preferred, but not required.

Pay:
$38, $48,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
