- Manage and lead a team of technicians and mechanics.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Understands and follows Federal, State and local regulations such as disposal of hazardous wastes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed for the service department.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
- Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
- Keeps work area clean and tidy attends company training
- Ford Motor Company Factory and Shop Experience required
- ASE Certified
