We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Associates to support this growth We recognize that Entry Level Sales Associates are the future of our organization so from the start we offer you an amazing benefits package.

In this position, you will walk clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership - you will own every aspect of the sales process Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help close the sale, but secure customers for life.

Sales Associates will remain up-to-date on products, market trends, certifications as well as track progress towards goals through metrics obtained from training.

In order to be recognized, a dealership must receive all of Ford's top awards, which include:
