Customer Service Specialist - 6 Month Contract - Onsite, Portland Oregon

We are partnered with a Truck Manufacturing client in search of a customer service specialist that will interact with customers to provide information about products and services and handle complaints. They assess customer issues, offer potential solutions, and provide follow-up as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
Contact customers regarding inquiries or claim investigation results.
Refer unresolved complaints to designated departments.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Gather and review relevant information to assess complaints.
Promote the sale of new or additional products or services.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience with documenting customer information.
Familiarity with applications like Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
