- CSS Duties:
- Warmly greet and assist members, patients, and visitors, offering comprehensive information.
- Schedule patient appointments and make confirmation calls.
- Guide patients on clinic details and provide directions.
- Prepare new patient packets and assist with patient check-ins.
- Manage medical records and perform insurance verifications.
- Enter and analyze data, generate reports, and handle clerical tasks.
- COORDINATION:
- Supervise CSS staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Create staff schedules and facilitate effective communication.
- Collaborate with various departments and assist in staff orientation.
- Take charge of customer service aspects and address patient concerns.
- LEADERSHIP:
- Support in performance evaluations and staff development.
- Participate in recruitment processes and assist in implementing procedures.
