Description
We are seeking a Dental Office Manager for our multiple doctor

general dentistry practice. We are looking for a professional who has both excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Our practice is committed to excellence in both dentistry and patient care, and the office manager is tasked with ensuring these standards are met on a daily basis.

The dental office manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the practice, which includes the following:


  • Leading the staff actively with direction and purpose, by setting high standards for ethical and professional conduct at all times, and the ability at all times to maintain a mutually respectful relationship with the staff
  • Enforcing the goals of the practice
  • Lead, mentor and train front office team to follow office systems
  • Responsible for accurate balancing of all office transactions
  • Sees that payroll is timely and accurate
  • Creates office policies and executes office policy and protocol
  • Responsible for adding or dismissing staff with doctors' approval
  • Coordinates and manages employee schedules
  • Acts as a liaison between doctor and patient, public and peers as requested
  • Conducts staff meeting in conjunction with the doctor
  • Ensuring all patients have an exceptional dental experience
  • Must have dental management experience and indepth knowledge of dental systems.
  • A high attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong background in dental software/dentrix a plus
  • Superior communication skills
  • Able to successfully motivate office personnel to meet and exceed office goals.
  • Highly organized and energetic
