To support our team, we are looking for a part-time fitness trainer (m/f/d) for our 5-star fitness club in Wahpeton, ND, starting on January 1st, 2023.
In this role, you will be responsible for the care of our members.

According to our company philosophy, a high level of customer-oriented behavior combined with a service-oriented mindset is considered an essential part of all tasks.

Our primary goal is to fulfill our role as hosts.

Your open and friendly nature, as well as your confident behavior and appearance, guarantee our guests fun, relaxation, and success in their leisure time.


What you will do:

  • Training management according to the care concept
  • Creation of individual training plans
  • Care for members on the training floor
  • Advice and enthusiasm for our members regarding fitness, nutrition, and health
  • Leading classes in the group fitness area
  • Conducting introductions, health and fitness tests
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the training and class areas
  • Monitoring and enforcing house rules
  • Member acquisition (sales)
  • Recording and forwarding customer feedback

What you bring:

  • Professional experience or relevant practical experience
  • Qualification certificate (trainer Blicense)
  • High understanding of service
  • Teamwork and reliability, with a strong handson mentality
  • Enjoyment of customer contact with a passion for sports and coaching
