Corporate Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Highpoint, OH to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Analyzing assigned customer relationships in terms of profitability, potential and intensity of the business relationship (determining the level of advisory services)
Targeted and active scheduling for the customer base
Identifying financial needs of customers and providing comprehensive advice, sales based on needs, and referring to relevant function holders if necessary
Acquiring members and corporate customers based on risk and profitability considerations
Implementing marketing and outreach campaigns for financial needs
Initiating and conducting comprehensive, goaloriented and resultdriven customer meetings according to the defined market approach concept
Providing information and advice to customers on the use of electronic banking services in accordance with the guidelines and programs of the Geno. FinanzGruppe
Comprehensive advice within defined competencies in riskrelevant lending business (including rating dialogue)
Advising on domestic and international payment transactions within defined competencies
