As a SHE/Security Manager title you will, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of safety and security operations within our organization.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop and implement comprehensive safety and security strategies tailored to our unique needs.

Your primary objective will be to create an environment that fosters trust, safety, and peace of mind for everyone associated with iHealth.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing the SHE programs
  • Overseeing Security related processes and procedures
  • Training associates on SHE and Security topics
  • Support sustainability programs and goals
  • Reporting on SHE/Security Leadership, Regional dsmfirmenich and Government Agencies

You bring:


  • Bachelor's degree, SHE or Security related preferred, and/or previous knowledge and experience of Security and SHE affairs
  • 5+ years' experience in SHE/Security program management experience
  • Engaging and willing to teach others, a sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success
  • A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives
  • A spirit of curiosity, embracing new challenges and pioneering innovative solutions that drive continuous improvements
