YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for the mechanical development of a battery-powered powertool from product idea to successful market launch.
• You independently manage the development within the project team.
• You define the requirements for the mechanical structure, further develop it and optimize it in terms of weight, cost, ergonomics and other factors.
• You maintain close communication with our supply chain and further develop it in an international environment with a focus on Asia.
• You involve our foreign subsidiaries in product development.
• You participate in the construction and testing of prototypes.
• You define the applicable standards in the powertool sector.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or mechatronics or have a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in product development, preferably of battery-powered powertools.
