professional for vocational integration (FBI) (m/f/d) for the
AWO Integra gGmbH in Erbach/Odenwald as soon as possible:
(25% of the collective working time)
The position is permanent.
Job description:
- Promote, organize and accompany the transition of people with disabilities to the general labor market
- Analyze the current job market, acquire, place and provide psychosocial support for internships and jobs in the general labor market
- Organize the framework conditions, provide psychosocial support at the workplace
- Consult on workplace design
- Job coach for future employees and advice on transitioning to the general labor market
- Support and accompany company personnel, assist with conflict situations
- Clarify funding opportunities and subsidies
- Public relations and networking, documentation and reporting
- Networking of all interested parties (institutions, legal guardians, relatives, sheltered workshops and specialist services)
- Representation in committees and cooperation with partners
You bring with you:
- Completed training in social pedagogy/social work or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation
- Respectful attitude towards people with disabilities,
