Your tasks
  • Your three-year dual studies starting in fall 2025 will alternate between a three-month theory phase at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (location Heilbronn) and the subsequent practical phase at the Lidl Foundation
  • The university will not only provide you with solid knowledge in business administration and economics in the Human Resources program, but also introduce you to HR topics such as digitalization in the HR field
  • During your practical phases at Lidl, you will get to know the different departments in the HR field and help shape the holistic design of interaction with and between the HR departments of the countries, as well as strengthen the HR community
