With our five production sites in Germany and our campus in Cologne, we distribute well-known brands such as funny-frisch, ültje, Chio, POM-BÄR, and Tyrrells.

We employ approximately 1,500 employees and are currently seeking a
Production Manager (m/f/d) for our Pellet Packaging department at our Alsbach-Hähnlein location on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:

Responsibility for production units according to business objectives for efficient production with high productivity
Coordination and planning to ensure output quantities
Goaloriented and modern leadership and support, as well as planning and development of employees working in the production units
Ensuring availability of technical equipment in the responsible area
Compliance and optimization of predetermined quality standards and hygiene regulations
Compliance and promotion of occupational safety
Maintenance and execution of defined reporting to the plant management and employees
Planning, controlling, and adhering to the responsible budget
Further development of team organization to optimize production units and promote continuous improvement processes
Cooperative collaboration and coordination with other production units and central departments to achieve overall optimization

Your profile:

Completed vocational training with further education in a technical or foodrelated profession, ideally with a degree in engineering or industrial management
